Comparative Needs Analysis

A key challenge to the Euro-iVET project is to develop a real understanding of the bariers to “bridging” the divide between local educational and employer culture.  This understanding will ensure that right from the beginning of the project it is aligned to national and international priorities and explore how the country where each partner is based is responding to the vision for Vocational Educational Training set out in the Bruges Communiqué.
